5 Functions:
1.Pourer, might not need too much explain!
2.Filter, sometimes it might have some cork’s chip drop into the wine, it’s to prevent the chip been pour into the glass when pouring the wine.
3.Stopper, To prevent the liquor overflow.
4.Re-Corker, To prevent the wine contact with the air too much, otherwise it might go off.
5.Aerator, it is opposite of the re-corker, it is help to let the wine contact with the air as much as it can when pouring into the glass, you can see that some people will open the cork and set it for a while to decant the wine or pour it into the wine aerator glass to decant it!
The pourer’s function has simple effect to decant the wine!
